Return Policy - In Store and Pickup
- Receipt MUST be present when making a return.
- Cash refunds will only be given within 3 business days of purchase if the item is defective when purchased and non-repairable or replaceable. Store credit will be offered after three business days.
- Games that are defective AT TIME OF PURCHASE are returnable within 20 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
- Brand new games will be offered with store credit and are returnable only if unopened and in original packaging within 7 days.
- All used systems carry a 30 day warranty and are replaceable ONLY IF DEFECTIVE WHEN PURCHASED.
- New systems are non-returnable. In the event that a new system is defective, contact the manufacturer for warranty repair.
